However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Reinier Lucassen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Interieur met gezicht naar buiten, which sold at auction in December 2002 for EUR 41,825.00.

In der Auktion THE BAT ARTVENTURE COLLECTION formerly known as THE PETER STUYVESANT COLLECTION wurde die Arbeit Dutch The Voice (After Munch) 2Nd Version für EUR 15.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Reinier Lucassen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Interieur met gezicht naar buiten beobachtet, die im Dezember 2002 für EUR 41.825,00 versteigert wurde.
