Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Manipulator by Reg Butler was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2020. The price achieved of GBP 87,500.00 (€ 97,599.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 70,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Reg Butler have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2014 the work Woman Standing was auctioned for GBP 146,500.00 (€ 183,044.74).
