Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Sans titre (Le pot d'échappement) by Raymond Savignac for EUR 375.00. This price was achieved in the auction Pierre Berès à livre ouvert at Christies in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Raymond Savignac have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cinzano (Le Zèbre) in November 2010 with an auction result of GBP 2,375.00 (€ 2,838.12).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Sans titre (Le pot d'échappement) von Raymond Savignac für EUR 375,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Pierre Berès à livre ouvert bei Christies in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 400,00 – 600,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raymond Savignac auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cinzano (Le Zèbre) im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.375,00 (€ 2.838,12).
