Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Warande?) (Park?) by Raoul de Keyser was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2019. The price achieved of EUR 62,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Raoul de Keyser - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Kalklijn (Chalk Line), which sold at auction in November 2019 for EUR 237,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Warande?) (Park?) von Raoul de Keyser kam im Mai 2019 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 62.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Raoul de Keyser mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Kalklijn (Chalk Line) beobachtet, die im November 2019 für EUR 237.500,00 versteigert wurde.
