Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Raffi Lavie was auctioned at Christies in New York in December 2013. It changed hands for a price of USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,082.30) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Raffi Lavie have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 22,800.00 (€ 16,691.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Raffi Lavie kam im Dezember 2013 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 4.082,30) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raffi Lavie auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 22.800,00 (€ 16.691,07).
