This artwork by Raffi Kalenderian achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in April 2020. In the Contemporary Art Online | London auction, the work Brad In The Studio sold for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,627.57) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Raffi Kalenderian - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dasha (Plants), which sold at auction in September last year for USD 27,720.00 (€ 28,334.87).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Raffi Kalenderian erzielte im April 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | London wurde die Arbeit Brad In The Studio für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.627,57) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 4.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Raffi Kalenderian mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dasha (Plants) beobachtet, die im September letzten Jahres für USD 27.720,00 (€ 28.334,87) versteigert wurde.
