Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Rose sulla poltrona by Raffaele Tafuri was auctioned at Christies in Rome in June 2004. It achieved a price of EUR 2,480.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 24 %. Admittedly, works by Raffaele Tafuri have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Venetian vista in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 14,100.00 (€ 16,615.60).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Rose sulla poltrona von Raffaele Tafuri kam im Juni 2004 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.480,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 24 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raffaele Tafuri auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Venetian vista im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.100,00 (€ 16.615,60).
