Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Il mercato by Raffaele Tafuri for EUR 700.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e sculture XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raffaele Tafuri achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Venetian vista in October 2000 with an auction result of USD 14,100.00 (€ 16,615.60).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Il mercato von Raffaele Tafuri für EUR 700,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e sculture XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raffaele Tafuri erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Venetian vista im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.100,00 (€ 16.615,60).
