Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2006 Christies in Rome held the auction 19th Century Pictures, which included the work Pescatori Alla Riva by Raffaelle Mainella. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,108.00 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Raffaelle Mainella have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jerusalem in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,910.19).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2006 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion 19th Century Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pescatori Alla Riva von Raffaelle Mainella zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.108,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Raffaelle Mainella auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Jerusalem im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 8.910,19).
