It achieved a price of GBP 2,350.00 (€ 3,599.29), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 57%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Raffaelle Mainella - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Jerusalem, which sold at auction in November 2006 for GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,910.19).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 2.350,00 (€ 3.599,29) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 57%. Für andere Arbeiten von Raffaelle Mainella mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Jerusalem beobachtet, die im November 2006 für GBP 6.000,00 (€ 8.910,19) versteigert wurde.
