Auction result well in line with expectations
The work El pastor Felix by Rafael Zabaleta was auctioned at Christies in Madrid in October 2007. The price achieved of EUR 96,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Rafael Zabaleta have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2010 the work Spanish campesina (Peasant Woman) was auctioned for GBP 97,250.00 (€ 116,213.60).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 96.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden.
