Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Match Girl by Rachel Goodyear was sold in the lempertz:projects auction at Lempertz in Brussels in December 2019. The price achieved of EUR 930.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rachel Goodyear have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nature Notes in April 2018 with an auction result of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,555.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Match Girl von Rachel Goodyear wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion lempertz:projects bei Lempertz in Brüssel versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 930,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rachel Goodyear auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nature Notes im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.555,57).
