Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Figures on a beach; and Another similar by R. Mulders was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2005. The price achieved of GBP 228.00 (€ 330.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200.00 – 300.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by R. Mulders - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Unloading the catch, which sold at auction in November 2003 for GBP 763.75 (€ 1,096.37).

Die Arbeit Figures on a beach; and Another similar von R. Mulders kam im Juli 2005 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 228,00 (€ 330,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von R. Mulders mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Unloading the catch beobachtet, die im November 2003 für GBP 763,75 (€ 1.096,37) versteigert wurde.
