The work White Goose by Qin Qi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2019. The auction ended at the price of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 34,334.92), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Admittedly, works by Qin Qi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Beautiful Ride No. 1 in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,500,000.00 (€ 164,345.17).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit White Goose von Qin Qi kam im Mai 2019 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 34.334,92) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 200.000,00 – 300.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qin Qi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Beautiful Ride No. 1 im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.500.000,00 (€ 164.345,17).
