Fine Chinese Paintings Formerly in the Collection of Mingzhai 南洋明齋舊藏古代及近現代中國書畫 Lots 101-118 楊作明（1925-1984），廣東潮州澄海人，後移居馬來西亞從商。雖是僑胞身份，卻對中國書畫十分著迷，自行鑽研書畫收藏。約六十年代末期，經由楊之光先生推薦而個別造訪北京榮寶齋、天津藝苑及上海畫苑等地，收購許多該地區著名書畫家之作。因南洋地區專業裝裱行當較不風行，楊先生還曾特地在香港逗留多時，就教於裝池能手，返家後自行裱畫，其專注與投入，絕非一般收藏家可與比肩。 今年春拍，邦瀚斯首次推出「南洋明齋舊藏古代及近現代中國書畫」專題，反響熱烈。本次網拍，將再有部分書畫釋出，包括羅銘、任博悟、曾后希等名家，大部分作品具「作明」上款，為市場所罕見。

Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Singing Lady by Qian Hui'an was auctioned at Bonhams in September this year. The price achieved of HKD 16,640.00 (€ 2,007.68) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qian Hui'an achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figures in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 860,000.00 (€ 79,420.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Singing Lady von Qian Hui'an kam im September diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 16.640,00 (€ 2.007,68) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qian Hui'an erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figures im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 860.000,00 (€ 79.420,66).
