Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Qian Hui'an achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2019. In the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Immortal sold for HKD 129,800.00 (€ 14,835.95) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Qian Hui'an have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figures in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 860,000.00 (€ 79,420.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Qian Hui'an erzielte im Oktober 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Immortal für HKD 129.800,00 (€ 14.835,95) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Qian Hui'an auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Figures im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 860.000,00 (€ 79.420,66).
