Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Comrade Girl by Qi Zhilong was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. It changed hands for a price of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 30,813.61) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Qi Zhilong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chinese Girl Series No.1 in April 2008 with an auction result of HKD 3,847,500.00 (€ 317,082.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Comrade Girl von Qi Zhilong kam im November 2013 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 30.813,61) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Qi Zhilong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chinese Girl Series No.1 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.847.500,00 (€ 317.082,64).
