The work Shrimp by Qi Liangchi was sold in the Takahashi Kouhou Collection auction at China Guardian in October 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 21,600.00 (€ 2,402.70), 44% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Qi Liangchi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Longevity Peach,Crabs And Shrimps, which sold at auction in October 2021 for HKD 57,600.00 (€ 6,407.20).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 44 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Shrimp von Qi Liangchi wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Takahashi Kouhou Collection bei China Guardian versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 21.600,00 (€ 2.402,70) und damit 44% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Qi Liangchi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Longevity Peach,Crabs And Shrimps beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für HKD 57.600,00 (€ 6.407,20) versteigert wurde.
