Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Beda Dalam Damai (Differences Within Peace) by Putu Sutawijaya was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,866.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Putu Sutawijaya achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Candi Brahu in May 2012 with an auction result of HKD 740,000.00 (€ 77,088.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Beda Dalam Damai (Differences Within Peace) von Putu Sutawijaya kam im Mai 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.866,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Putu Sutawijaya erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Candi Brahu im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 740.000,00 (€ 77.088,32).
