Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Studio In Secluded Mountains; Calligraphy by Pu Jin was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 93,750.00 (€ 10,271.57), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pu Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Literary Gathering In Garden in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,875,000.00 (€ 205,431.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Studio In Secluded Mountains; Calligraphy von Pu Jin wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 93.750,00 (€ 10.271,57) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pu Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Literary Gathering In Garden im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.875.000,00 (€ 205.431,46).
