Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Strolling in Autumn Mountains by Pu Jin was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. The price achieved of HKD 126,000.00 (€ 15,234.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 160,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pu Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Literary Gathering In Garden in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,875,000.00 (€ 205,431.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Strolling in Autumn Mountains von Pu Jin wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 126.000,00 (€ 15.234,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 160.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pu Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Literary Gathering In Garden im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.875.000,00 (€ 205.431,46).
