Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ink Orchids by Pu Jin was sold in the Chinese Paintings Online auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in June 2021. The price achieved of HKD 38,250.00 (€ 4,154.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pu Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Literary Gathering In Garden in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 1,875,000.00 (€ 205,431.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ink Orchids von Pu Jin wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Chinese Paintings Online bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 38.250,00 (€ 4.154,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pu Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Literary Gathering In Garden im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.875.000,00 (€ 205.431,46).
