The work Mural Painting by Preecha Thaothong was sold in the 20th and 21st Century Art Morning Session auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 125,000.00 (€ 13,213.47), 56% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Mural Painting the most expensive artwork by Preecha Thaothong that we have observed at auctions so far.
