Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Pixie Guerin could be acquired at Christies in New York in October 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 125.00 (€ 96.47) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 500.00 – 700.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pixie Guerin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work One Rises, which sold at auction in October 2012 for USD 375.00 (€ 289.40).
