Despite a disappointment, a good price for Pixie Guerin
When the work One Rises by Pixie Guerin was auctioned at Christies in New York in October 2012, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of USD 500.00 – 700.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for USD 375.00 (€ 289.40). Despite this disappointing result, One Rises is the most expensive artwork by Pixie Guerin that we have observed at auction so far.

Als die Arbeit One Rises von Pixie Guerin im Oktober 2012 bei Christies in New York versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus.
