Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work An elegant drink by Pio Ricci for USD 2,750.00 (€ 1,993.76). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pio Ricci achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Lovers'S Spat in June 2008 with an auction result of USD 46,875.00 (€ 29,765.68).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit An elegant drink von Pio Ricci für USD 2.750,00 (€ 1.993,76) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pio Ricci erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Lovers'S Spat im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 46.875,00 (€ 29.765,68).
