Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Pinot Gallizio achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2011. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction, the work without title sold for EUR 4,375.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pinot Gallizio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Italian Pittura Industriale in December 2008 with an auction result of EUR 46,350.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pinot Gallizio erzielte im November 2011 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 4.375,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pinot Gallizio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Italian Pittura Industriale im Dezember 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 46.350,00.
