Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Pinot Gallizio achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2020. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art: Amsterdam auction, the work La Diligenza Dell’Orsa Minore sold for EUR 40,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pinot Gallizio; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Italian Pittura Industriale sold at auction in December 2008 with the realized price of EUR 46,350.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pinot Gallizio erzielte im November 2020 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art: Amsterdam wurde die Arbeit La Diligenza Dell’Orsa Minore für EUR 40.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Pinot Gallizio; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Italian Pittura Industriale im Dezember 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 46.350,00.
