Auction result well in line with expectations
In June last year Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Cinque Bachi da setola by Pino Pascali. The price achieved of GBP 252,000.00 (€ 292,752.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 200,000.00 – 300,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pino Pascali achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Coda di delfino (Tail of a Dolphin) in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 2,629,000.00 (€ 2,928,785.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cinque Bachi da setola von Pino Pascali zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 252.000,00 (€ 292.752,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 200.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pino Pascali erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Coda di delfino (Tail of a Dolphin) im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629.000,00 (€ 2.928.785,62).
