Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two Views Of William Hamilton'S Villa, The "Villa Angelica", Naples by Pietro Fabris was sold in the The Courts of Europe auction at Sothebys in New York in January 2014. The price achieved of USD 485,000.00 (€ 359,259.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 400,000.00 – 600,000.00.
