Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Pietro Cascella achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in May 2007. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction, the work Senza titolo sold for EUR 6,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pietro Cascella; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Altare sold at auction in May 2013 with the realized price of EUR 9,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pietro Cascella erzielte im Mai 2007 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Senza titolo für EUR 6.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Pietro Cascella; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Altare im Mai 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 9.000,00.
