Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pieter Mulier the Elder - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work An Italianate landscape with a herdsman watering his livestock, which sold at auction in April 2006 for GBP 26,400.00 (€ 38,102.66).
