Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Horsemen And Travelers Standing In Front Of An Encampment, A View Of A Ruined Tower Beyond by Pieter de Neyn for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 21,921.79). This price was achieved in the auction Old Masters Day Sale at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Pieter de Neyn have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2020 by the work A dune landscape with two riders and other travelers on a country road at USD 30,000.00 (€ 25,757.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Horsemen And Travelers Standing In Front Of An Encampment, A View Of A Ruined Tower Beyond von Pieter de Neyn für GBP 18.750,00 (€ 21.921,79) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Masters Day Sale bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00.
