In December 2009 Sothebys in Amsterdam held the auction Old Master Paintings, which included the work A River Landscape With A Fortified Town On The River Banks, Fishermen In The Foreground, Shipping Beyond   by Pieter de Neyn. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 18,750.00 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by Pieter de Neyn have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 30,000.00 (€ 25,757.71) in October 2020 for the work A dune landscape with two riders and other travelers on a country road.

Im Dezember 2009 führte Sothebys in Amsterdam die Auktion Old Master Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit A River Landscape With A Fortified Town On The River Banks, Fishermen In The Foreground, Shipping Beyond   von Pieter de Neyn zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 18.750,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Pieter de Neyn haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 25.757,71) im Oktober 2020 für die Arbeit A dune landscape with two riders and other travelers on a country road beobachtet.
