Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Piet Moget achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2006. In the Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings auction, the work Trees In A Landscape sold for EUR 4,320.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Piet Moget; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans titre sold at auction in December this year with the realized price of EUR 5,040.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Piet Moget erzielte im Juni 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings wurde die Arbeit Trees In A Landscape für EUR 4.320,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Piet Moget; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans titre im Dezember diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 5.040,00.
