Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Composition, 1986-90 by Piet Moget was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in February 2008. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,231.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Piet Moget - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans titre, which sold at auction in December this year for EUR 5,040.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Composition, 1986-90 von Piet Moget wurde im Februar 2008 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.231,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Piet Moget mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans titre beobachtet, die im Dezember diesen Jahres für EUR 5.040,00 versteigert wurde.
