Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work Scenery form Venice by Pierre-Franc Lamy for DKK 4,000.00 (€ 536.59). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Pierre-Franc Lamy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Statues in the garden of Versailles in June 2002 with an auction result of GBP 1,762.50 (€ 2,726.19).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Scenery form Venice von Pierre-Franc Lamy für DKK 4.000,00 (€ 536,59) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pierre-Franc Lamy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Statues in the garden of Versailles im Juni 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.762,50 (€ 2.726,19).
