Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Senza titolo by Piero Manzoni was sold in the Arte moderna e contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in November last year. The price achieved of EUR 24,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piero Manzoni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Achrome in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 12,626,500.00 (€ 16,122,216.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Senza titolo von Piero Manzoni wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Arte moderna e contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 24.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piero Manzoni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Achrome im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 12.626.500,00 (€ 16.122.216,56).
