Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 21,420.00 (€ 24,990.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pietro Buonaccorsi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Holy Family With The Infant Saint John The Baptist in January 2011 with an auction result of USD 2,098,500.00 (€ 1,530,076.56).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 21.420,00 (€ 24.990,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pietro Buonaccorsi erzielen.
