In the Old Master & British Pictures & Old Master Drawings auction, the work An old man sold for GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,444.15) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pier Leone Ghezzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paolo De Matteis In His Studio in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 91,000.00 (€ 58,453.24).
