Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Opening Sale 1945-Now, which included the work Les Precieuses - 1993 by Philippe Dereux. The price achieved of EUR 3,900.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Philippe Dereux have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Idole Solaire in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 15,625.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Opening Sale 1945-Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Precieuses - 1993 von Philippe Dereux zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.900,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Philippe Dereux auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Idole Solaire im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 15.625,00.
