Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Russian Baba by Filipp Maliavin for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,199.24). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Pictures at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Filipp Maliavin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Three Babas in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 434,500.00 (€ 546,286.46).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Russian Baba von Filipp Maliavin für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 28.199,24) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Filipp Maliavin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Three Babas im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 434.500,00 (€ 546.286,46).
