Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ploughing by Filipp Maliavin was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2019. The price achieved of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 73,390.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Filipp Maliavin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Three Babas in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 434,500.00 (€ 546,286.46).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ploughing von Filipp Maliavin kam im November 2019 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 73.390,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Filipp Maliavin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Three Babas im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 434.500,00 (€ 546.286,46).
