Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Four Works Depicting Centaurs And Ploughing The Field by Filipp Maliavin was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2017. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,675.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Filipp Maliavin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Three Babas in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 434,500.00 (€ 546,286.46).

Die Arbeit Four Works Depicting Centaurs And Ploughing The Field von Filipp Maliavin kam im November 2017 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.675,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Filipp Maliavin erzielen.
