The work Messengers by Pyotr Belenok was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2011. The auction ended at the price of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,347.95), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pyotr Belenok - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Moon Landscape, which sold at auction in March 2008 for GBP 54,500.00 (€ 68,465.52).

Die Arbeit Messengers von Pyotr Belenok kam im November 2011 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 23.347,95) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pyotr Belenok mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Moon Landscape beobachtet, die im März 2008 für GBP 54.500,00 (€ 68.465,52) versteigert wurde.
