A top price for Pyotr Belenok
This artwork by Pyotr Belenok achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in March 2008. In the Russian Contemporary Sale auction, the work Moon Landscape sold for GBP 54,500.00 (€ 68,465.52) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00. This high result makes Moon Landscape the most expensive artwork by Pyotr Belenok that we have observed at auctions so far.
