Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Peter Schuyff achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in April last year. In the Contemporary Curated auction, the work without title sold for GBP 34,020.00 (€ 40,567.65) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Peter Schuyff; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in July 2017 with the realized price of USD 56,250.00 (€ 47,564.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Peter Schuyff erzielte im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Curated wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 34.020,00 (€ 40.567,65) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Peter Schuyff; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juli 2017 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 56.250,00 (€ 47.564,69).
