Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January 2008 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work His Best Friend by Peter Samuelson. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 525.00 (€ 703.79). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Peter Samuelson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work John in January 2008 with an auction result of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 12,567.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit His Best Friend von Peter Samuelson zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 525,00 (€ 703,79) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Peter Samuelson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit John im Januar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 12.567,59).
