Sold at the lower estimate price
In April 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Online | London, which included the work Blood Sucker by Peter Peri. The result of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,725.51) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Peri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza titolo (Large Circles), which sold at auction in June last year for EUR 6,300.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im April 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Online | London durch, in der auch die Arbeit Blood Sucker von Peter Peri zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.725,51) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Peri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza titolo (Large Circles) beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für EUR 6.300,00 versteigert wurde.
