Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Seated Man 2 by Peter Peri was sold in the Contemporary Art Online | London auction at Sothebys in London in August 2019. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,767.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Peter Peri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza titolo (Large Circles), which sold at auction in June last year for EUR 6,300.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Seated Man 2 von Peter Peri wurde im August 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online | London bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.767,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Peter Peri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza titolo (Large Circles) beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für EUR 6.300,00 versteigert wurde.
